Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, email allen.yi@buzzpang.com with details. Allow 45 days for us to attempt resolution.

Arbitration

Except for small-claims matters or intellectual-property disputes, all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer or Commercial Rules. Arbitration will take place in Laramie County, Wyoming, or remotely if agreed.

Class-action waiver: You and we agree that disputes must be resolved individually. No class, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted.

If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, pandemics, or government actions.

Miscellaneous

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
